Brilliant work. The concept has an extremely wide depth. This is demonstrated in simple things, convincing and natural wolves, like their expressions: a simple smile that shows how happy they were in life and now in death or tears of joy at just being together in these last moments of their existence .
Considering the different characteristics in relation to the original, this is another factor that stands out: while, in most cases, humans are used, you used wolves in a convincing manner and innovative. Fantastic.
As for technique, failed to perfect a bit, especially in water and front leg of the second lobe, which is kind of blurry. The picture in its entirety, gives a sense of fluid movement, which holds the attention of the beholder and conveys the impression that it is a pulsating and exciting scene. Highlight for poetic enlightenment, at least in my view, symbolizes that there is always some light in our lives. Even in the darkness of death.
Finally, I must admit that the book touched me deeply. It is the ultimate proof that there is life beyond death for two lonely souls who have found happiness to be together.
